We’re committed to limiting our impact on the environment we share, and helping you to do the same.
That’s why we’ve taken steps like switching all our polybags to recyclable alternatives, and recycling 100% of our warehouse packaging waste.
Plus, we’ve launched eco-minded brands and collections to help you make the little changes that make all the difference. Like Natural Elements, which offers plastic-free alternatives to everyday home essentials. And BUILT Planet Bottle, a reusable water bottle made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, sourced from community projects in schools.
However, we’ve still got lots to learn and lots to do. We’ll shortly be unveiling our green goals, which lay out our plan to become the truly sustainable business we want to be. When they’re ready, you’ll find them right here.
where the product you have bought is faulty or misdescribed or we have done something
wrong (or as alternative where the product is faulty you may wish to get the product repaired or replaced); or
where you exercise your legal right to change your mind and cancel the order within the cooling-off period described below.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days from the date on which you receive the product and to receive a refund. However under our Returns Policy, you may exercise this right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 28 days from the date on which you receive the product. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
To cancel your order with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:
• Email. Email our customer services team on customerservices@cookserveenjoy.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address. • By post. Simply write to us at the address below, including details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it and your name and address. If you cancel an order for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must return the products by posting them back to us at Cook Serve Enjoy Returns, The Hub, Nobel Way, Birmingham, B6 7EU. Please email us at customerservices@cookserveenjoy.com for a returns authorisation number. If you are exercising your right to cancel your order because you have changed your mind you must send off the products to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel your order and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the products.
Where you cancel an order in circumstances where you are entitled to do so, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make the following deductions from the price if you are exercising your right to cancel the order because you have changed your mind:
We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
We may cancel an order for a product at any time by email to you if:
• (a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due; • (b) you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions in a material respect or do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you; • (c) the product is unavailable; or
in any of the circumstances set out in clause 6 above.
If we cancel an order in the situations set out above we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but without prejudice to any other remedies we may have, we may, where we cancel an order in the circumstances described in (a) or (b) above, deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the costs or loss we will incur as a result of any failure by you to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
